If you are struggling with stomach problems, IBS, or anything stomach related I would strongly recommend taking meds or going seeing a professional for whatever issue you might be going through.
Right now, I am having stomach issues which we don’t know what it is yet. We believe it may be IBS.
I’ve been experimenting with various methods, unfortunately, with not too much success.
This is one of the weird issues, I’ve ever had in my life. It feels like stuff is literally moving around in my body. Like something is wrong with my bowel and all the junk inside of it I can feel it. In addition, they detected an internal hemorrhoid.
I made a video, claiming I was back, but, it seems like my whole inner world is falling apart. Everything seems to be breaking down. One part after the other.
This may be a good thing spiritually speaking, maybe, things I have not fixed are being called to be healed instantly now.
Maybe, this is my higher self of forcing me to heal in order to advance up in my life by fixing all these parts or forcing me to heal all these broken parts…
Whatever the case is, this is sure annoying.
I recommend the following if you have issues with the stomach:
-Pepto Bismo(to help your bowel movement)
-Citroma (to help your bowel movement)
-Eat more fiber (to soften the stool and help your bowel movement)
-Less solid food and eat more liquid food. More vegetables, fruits(certain ones can make it worse).
-Baking Soda, antacid, Tums, etc.
-Try taking natural supplements for IBS/Constipation
The stomach issue I am having is very uncomfortable, it makes me feel quezy and a little bit nervous. Not to mention there is a very uncomfortable pain just hanging out in my bell area. And it’s so uncomfortable. Because of this issue, I’ve been sub optimal. Life has been hell for me for the last few months.
