Women have become frustrated with the lack of high quality men.

They ask themselves where have all the good man go?

They also wonder why men don’t approach nearly as much as before, which, makes getting a relationship difficult.

When women hate men usually it’s because they have plenty of experiences that suggest that men are bad, evil, pigs, etc.

These women over generalize that all men to be bad or ought to get them.

They have developed a sort of phobia towards men because of their past experiences.

The problem is because they have this phobia and this set of believe it keeps this reality true, even when it doesn’t need to be.

How to overcome the fear of men if you are a women?

Simply, go slow, and give yourself a chance to meet men.

Start talking with some nice and friendly guys who will help you overcome your general anxiety and phobia of men.

These experiences will help you realize that not all men are the same, and not all men are ought to give you a hard time.

You just have to give men a chance and by starting slow and easy you can overcome this fear of dating men.

It may be difficult for you if you have plenty of experiences that suggest men are bad.

Just put yourself out there.

You don’t have to look for a boyfriend or Mr.Right, just look for men who are willing to be your friend.

And by having more guy friends your comfort will grow, and then who knows you may eventually find yourself a boyfriend.

But, remember, it starts with the first step by going slow.

Make new guy friends, who you can talk to because if you think all men are bad then it will be difficult to even do this.

Yet, you can challenge this belief.

This belief that men are bad keeps you stuck and unable to meet men and/or date men.

Avoid expecting men to be perfect, in fact lower your expectation.

If you hate men, lower your standards and expectation for what you think a man should do or be.

And by lowering your expectation you can never be disappointed.

Just relax, have fun, go slow, and you will will eventually find someone you are compatible with.

But, if you are stuck with this phobia of men you will never be able to find a loving relationship because your emotions will tell you to run the other way!
