What do I think about hierarchy

What do I think about social hierarchy I think it’s okay under certain circumstances meaning in life we do what we do. And that’s fine. Everybody has a place in the world. And we have to accept other people’s greatness. Yeah the same time you can also do your own thing and mind your own business and not pay attention to what other people are doing. Why am I saying that? I’m saying that because you only have so much time to focus and you need to pay attention to the things that matter the most.

So long as I hierarchy is allowing for everyone to express themselves and be themselves I don’t see anything wrong with it. Cuz remember if people are suffering within the hierarchy the hierarchy is not doing his job correctly the hierarchy is job is to make sure that everyone is doing the roles and everyone is enjoying the part that they’re playing. And when this is done correctly everyone is doing the roles that they want to play and adding value and service to the in the way that they want they want to be adding value and service.
