What is blocking your mind?

People know the importance of mindset.

Creating a positive mindset is great it will help you be confident while going after what you want.

So it goes like this Positive Mindset –> Habits –> Do This Until Goal Complete

But the issue becomes when you have certain beliefs, thoughts, emotions, traumas, etc. that are keeping you stuck.

You may want to start a business but you are secretly afraid you will fail.

You may want a relationship but you are secretly afraid you may not be good enough.

You may want to make new friends but you are afraid they won’t like the real you.

All of these negative conditions block the mind from going towards its goal.

Your mind will also make you NOT see things so you don’t have to face them.

For example, let’s say you want a relationship.

And there are many people giving signs they are interested in you.

Because you have a blockage, your mind will completely not see it, so your negative emotions don’t arise.

A lot of these things need to be brought to a conscious level in order to flip the switch.

But there are plenty of other ways that can your mindset and also beliefs.

Just reading a book can change your mindset/beliefs.

Just watching a movie can change your mindset/beliefs.

It’s good to understand this though so you can control and manage yourself as opposed to letting your mind rule you.

What this is about is mastering your mind, so your mind doesn’t sabotage you.

But your mind is not your enemy.

Your mind is responding to the commands it was given.

Commands = Thoughts+Emotions

If you want to change what actions you take, you have to change the commands you give to your mind.

It’s not always easy at first, just be aware, so you are not running on your patterns from the past.

Old patterns are hard to change.

The older you are the harder it becomes to change.

It is very possible, to still change you just have to be willing and have a desire to change.

Everything is pretty challenging at first.

Dieting.

Going to the gym.

Meeting new people.

Eventually, it gradually gets easier though.

So while yes you may know this already, you still have to apply it, so you can change your reality.

Understanding this is not enough.

You have to retrain your mindset+habits to be in alignment with your desires.

Start simple if you have to.

Ask yourself basic questions.

Like:

What do you want to do?

How do I feel right now?

What am I in the mood for?

Let me go out for a walk and clear my head

What should I learn today?

What am I missing?

What do I need more of?

Where can I get help for my problems?

Hungry let’s go eat.

Wow it’s nice out today.

 

Just simple stuff to change the way you think to change the direction in which your mind goes.

Your subconscious mind listens to your commands, so by changing what you say, you will change your movements.

In short Positive Mindset+Habits= Right Outcome(goal complete).

If blockages, then the goal will be difficult or impossible to complete.

Change your self talk and you change your blockages and also the direction your mind goes.
