I would like you to imagine people are reading body language as either open or closed.

Closed body language sends signals to other people you do not want to be approached and may not want someone to enter your space.

If you tend to be on guard on social situations, and you find someone you are attracted to but you are constantly sending the wrong signals.

See the wrong signals will push away people you do want to attract, and, make you attract the people you don’t want to attract.

To people you do want to allow in your space whose energy you like OPEN up your body language.

Things like relax, smile, lighten up, make yourself more approachable.

Once you send these signals to other people, you will invite the right kind of people you DO want to enter into your space.

The type of people whose energy you will appreciate.

However, if you are always on guard you will may attract low vibrational people who don’t understand your signals.

You have the capabilities to control the signals and signs you are giving to the people and the universe.

You have to be more mindful about the signs you are giving.

The wrong signs will attract the wrong people.

If you are a girl you will attract loser guys who don’t care about you or your feelings.

But, if you are just looking for a quick hookup and nothing too serious(hey not judging!) – then so be it.

But, if you are looking for a real relationship with someone who will truly love you, take care of you and your heart, then practice and be more mindful with the kind of signals you give to other people.

Smiling is an open signal. It shows people you are friendly and possibly easy going.

Tense muscles in the face reveals stress and possibly social anxieties.

We are always sending signals.

We can NOT NOT communicate.

We are always revealing something about states, feelings, and people will interpret your body language to mean something to them.

All of this happens on a quick on unconscious level.

And if you don’t take control of this you will forever be getting random results attracting people you don’t want into your life.

By consciously taking the time to send the right signals with people you do want to invite into your field of energy you will bring them closer and closer to you.

Because, they will receive this data and be more compel to approach you, because you are sending the signals you are OPEN to them.

Body line is you want to show your are OPEN which will draw people to you.

If you are CLOSED you will push people away, and also attract the wrong people.
