How to Deal with Narcissist People

Have you ever met someone who could never be wrong in a conversation? These people always had to be right about nearly everything. Even with small mundane topics.

Narcissist people hate to admit they are flawed in some kind of way.

Narcissism is not even a real disorder. It is a made up disorder created by the person who believes they have NPD(narcissism personality disorder).

In other words, people create their own fantasy in their mind, and they live out their fantasy in their real world.

The narc, is someone who wants to admired, worship, and sees themselves as special.

Is this even wrong? Yes, if it is unhealthy. People are creating mindsets to benefit them in their survival.

This is no different, but NPD is not a REAL DISORDER. You have to hallucinate. Everyone can turn into a narcissist by just thinking in the way as the narc.

Narcs are usually people who has suffer socially and they withdraw inside their own little bubble to compensate for the LACK OF LOVE they feel.

Nothing wrong with role playing, but narcs are people who take themselves way too seriously. They take their thoughts too seriously.

To deal with a narcissist there are few options.

1. Ignore them
2. Make them admit their flaws
3. Make them vulnerable
4. Fix the bad pattern

Ignoring a narc, will make them suffer, they hate to be ignored because it contradicts their sense of importance and sense of superiority.

Narcs, are people who they have are wrong, they also are terrible at self-reflection. They usually blame other people for why their life is so chaotic

By making them reflect, they can see their own flaws on their own. Avoid correcting them, instead, let them discover their flaws on their own. Help them to see it, without pushing it to their face. If you try to make a narc see themselves as flaw you will be an enemy.

The narcs love to play the role as God where they are the most important person in the world.

Narcs, are usually, an inflated ego who was hurt in the past and is now compensating with a persona (NPD). They create a part of themselves(split) to form this perfect persona. When you break their walls down and you make them see they are just like everyone else, it will be humbling experience for the narc. They may not even want to see it.

Sometimes, people turn into narcs, because, they are comepensating for the hurts they experienced.

“Because I am not loved, I am special, and superior. Because no one gets me I must be above it all.”

That’s the narcissist summarized.

Help to open and be vulnerable. They are not used to being vulnerable with people, so please approach them carefully and safely.

Narc is created because of fear of love, connection, fear of being vulnerable.

Yet, at the same time they are conflicted and torn because they secretly desire to be loved.

Help them to discover their flaws and mistakes in a safe manner.
